I wanted a mix of genuine and synthetic stones, and the people at Joy Jewelers worked with me to make the sizing perfect and the stones exactly what I wanted. It never took them more than a few hours to answer my emails. After the ring arrived, the alexandrite stone was not the color I expected, so they graciously showed me an alternative and are swapping out the stone.
