I was told when I placed the order that it would be shipped within 3 days. After not receiving a shipment confirmation, I contacted the company on the fifth day after placing the order, and was told my purchase would not be shipped for another four days. Since this ring was a gift and I needed it in a specific time frame, I was forced to cancel the order and purchase a gift elsewhere.
