This ring is very beautiful. I ordered it with 4 genuine stones and 2 CZs (we have 4 children, but I wanted to leave a couple extra spaces in case we ever had more children) and couldn't be more pleased by the quality. The only thing that knocked it from 5 stars to 4 is that it only has 2 diamonds in it and they are very very tiny. I am not a big jewelry wearer, but I love this ring--it is not
