Bought this ring for my daughter for Christmas 2014. June 2015 the antiquing is all coming off.. Called Artcarved and they want to charge me to repair it?!? What about the Limited Lifetime warranty? I guess 6 months is more than a lifetime?

Got this ring for my daughter. We had a problem with her being allergic to something in the original metal ring so we called customer service and they were happy to upgrade her ring to silver with an additional charge of course. They were great about the return and quickly processed and sent her new silver ring.

Ordered this class ring for my daughter. She designed it and she absolutely loves it. Besides wearing an occasional necklace, her class ring is the only other piece of jewelry she wears. Everything was exactly how she requested and we have no complaints. I would highly recommend Joy Jewelers.
