Pretty but has issues

Comments about Joy Jewelers Sterling Silver Reflections White with Gold Foil Ceramic Bead:
The first time I wore this bead, the silver side hole cover became totally loose. I contacted Joy Jewelers and they were glad to replace at no charge. However I experienced the same problem with the replacement. There might be a manufacturer issue that needs to be addressed.
