Returns & Exchanges Policy
Extended Holiday Returns! Shop with confidence. All items purchased between November 1, 2024 & December 24, 2024 are returnable until January 24, 2024 subject to the conditions below. All purchases made after December 24, 2024 are subject to the Standard Return Policy, and may be returned within 30 days of your receiving the item.
Return Policy:
- You must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) in order to return an item.Please contact us via our online customer service page to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- Returns must be in original package and in NEW, saleable, unworn condition.
- There are no restocking fees at Joy Jewelers.
- You will be refunded for the purchase price excluding delivery charges. You must pay to ship your order back to us. We can only refund returm shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.
- We apply refunds to the original tender with which returned items were purchased [examples include: credit card, debit card, Affirm or PayPal]. Once a refund has been processed, you will be notified via email.
- The refund will be generated at the time the return is processed, but the timeframe for it to reflect as a credit on your card is dependent on your individual financial institution. However, most are reflected in 5-7 business days.
- All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is issued.
Exclusions:
The following items may not be returned unless received damaged.
- Price-matched items
- Mother's rings and pendants with engraved names
- Cobalt, gold, platinum, silver, titanium or tungsten wedding bands with custom engraving
- Gold and silver pendants with custom engraving
- Medical jewelry with custom engraving
- Watches with custom engraving
