My daughter loved her ring. She was able to get the things she wanted on both sides--something she couldn't do with the other company. We got the ring in a few weeks. The class ring looks great. Any future jewelry purchases will be checked out here first. The ring arrived weeks ahead of the scheduled arrival date. I ordered 2 class rings for my wife and myself, her's coming from Josten's. I needed to have her ring resized (my fault, I ordered the wrong size) and they sent it back in less than a month. It fits good, looks good, and they resized and mailed it free of charge even though it had been my fault.

This was a graduation/2018th birthday present for our baby sister. We were worried we couldn't afford the ring that her high school was selling through their packet and we're pretty excited when we stumbled across Joy Jewelers. The ring has every thing she wanted on it, the only con is the ring is very dainty so the engraving and logos are hard to make out. She still loves it.

This ring is a really great value, especially compared to what other companies charge for class rings. My daughter is homeschooled and so this was one of few options available to her that did not require a name of a high school on the ring to order it. The ring is exactly what we expected and we are very pleased with the quality. The only very slight negative is on the sizing-- I think they run a little big. My daughter sized at a 6.5 at a jeweler so that is the size we ordered. The ring slides off her ring finger very easily so we probably should have sized down a 1/2 size. That is my only complaint. Other than that, we are really pleased. Highly recommend this company and product.

I am not happy with the ring. It shows all the items I asked but they are all crammed together and you cannot even read them. The purple amethyst has no color to it. I love my ring. It shipped to my house immediately after it was done being made in the factory. Of course, it took a while to actually be made in the factory. It's very thin and tiny and I love the way it looks on my finger. I think my only complaint would be that on one side of my ring, the word "drama" is hard to read. I know what it says, but to some people, they don't know what it is.

The display online showe tourmaline as an agua - blue/green color. Upon receipt, it was a very, very dark olive greenish color. Have to call several numbers to try and fix this and we have to pay the postage again!!!
