Disappointed with chain - no clasp

Comments about Joy Jewelers Sterling Silver 1in Reversible St Michael Medal & 24in Chain:
I bought this for my husband because he is in law enforcement. The medal is very nice, but the chain does not have a clasp, so it has to be slipped over the head to wear. The chain isn't long enough so to put it on is a struggle. Also the chain is poor quality and tarnished very fast. For the money spent, I'm disappointed.
