This four way medal pendant is made of solid 14k yellow gold. Item size: 1 1/8 inches wide by 1 1/8 inches tall without loop and bail. Approximate weight: 7.5 grams. The four way medal includes the Sacred Heart at the top, St. Christopher on the right, Miraculous at the bottom and St. Joseph on the left and is known as a cruciform. On the back is written: I AM A CATHOLIC, PLEASE CALL A PRIEST. Fits up to a 4mm wide chain. Made in Peru. Ships from USA.
