This tiny miraculous medal charm is made of solid 14k yellow gold. Item measures 3/16 inch wide by 3/8 inch tall without loop and bail. This charm is half the size of a penny. The back of the charm has an M and cross with twelve stars. Mary instructed St. Catherine Laboure of Paris to create and distribute miraculous medals in 1830.
