This miraculous medal pendant is made of polished solid 14k yellow gold. Item measures 3/4 inch wide by 1 1/8 inches tall without loop and bail. Mary instructed St. Catherine Laboure of Paris to create and distribute miraculous medals in 1830. Weight: 5.3 grams. Made in Peru.

First, let me advise that Joy's site is not operating properly, as it is not displaying all of its stock. I actually bought item JJR5020 which is a magnificent 29X20mm 7.25 gram 14kt Miraculous Medal. The bale is large enough to use with a fairly large caliber chain.
