I was horrified by this company. I had purchased from them before without problem. This charm was engraved on the wrong side. Letters were dropped because they couldn't fit it and they didn't bother to contact me. I went to a jeweler the same day that Joy refused to help, and bought the same charm, engraved perfectly without a problem. In fact the engraving was better. Never buy from them again. W
